May has been all about getting water back into the heart of the course—literally! After a long wait, our new irrigation tank was finally installed, and the lingering 3-phase electrical issues have been resolved, meaning our system is now fully powered and ready to go.

Pressurising the system after it had been dormant for over 10 months wasn’t without its challenges. The buildup of compressed air led to a few bursts in the main line, but our team quickly got everything repaired.

A real highlight this month was seeing our apprentice step up to the challenge. He tackled his very first irrigation repairs and did a fantastic job—something we were all really proud of.
